Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on this site at any time. Your purchase price is confirmed at the point of order. We will not change this price unless in the rare circumstance that a human error or an error in the software has occurred. In this circumstance, we will notify you as soon as possible of this error and seek to resolve this amicably.

All product prices listed on this site includes 10% GST.

Payment

We use Paypal for all payments online. Paypal has an international reputation for easy payment processing and great customer service. They are owned by eBay, have an excellent dispute resolution centre and a trusted buyer protection policy.

We can only process an order once your payment has been cleared by Paypal. Credit Card purchases are generally instant. Bank Transfers can take 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will calculate your shipping costs based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Usually this is a low amount of $4.35. For orders above $50, we will waive the shipping fee.

Our parcels are delivered via Australia's Post. Delivery times may vary but you should normally expect to receive your chopsticks within 3 business days.

Returns

If you're not 100% satisfied, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide a 100% product refund. To submit a request for a refund, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

*Shipping costs are not included in the refund policy

Applicable Law

This site is controlled by Bit Minds Pty Ltd. Your use of this site is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. These Terms & Conditions together with your Purchase Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms & Conditions apply. The Contract can not be vaired unless we agree to do so in writing or by email.

Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.  This site may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. We make no representations that the content of this site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia. If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access the site.
