Payment

We use Paypal for all payments online. Paypal has an international reputation for easy payment processing and great customer service. They have an excellent dispute resolution centre and a trusted buyer protection policy (not that you will need it with us!) - AND they are owned by eBay.

We can only process an order once your payment has been cleared by Paypal. Credit Card purchases are generally instant. Bank Transfers can take 3 to 5 working days.

Should you require another form of payment (eg. Cheque), please contact us.

Shipping

We have a flat rate shipping of $5.00. For orders above $50, we will even waive the shipping fee - yes 100% free shipping!

Our parcels are delivered via Australia's best postal service - Australia Post, of course. Delivery times may vary but you should normally expect to receive your chopsticks within 3 business days.

Returns

We love our chopsticks so much that we're absolutely, positively sure that you will too. We believe Edison Chopsticks™ are the best children's training chopsticks on the market and you will be amazed how well they work in teaching your kids to eat with chopsticks. 

If you're not 100% satisfied, that's okay too. Simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide a 100% product refund. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
